A Christmas Work Do Worth Talking About

Trade another office party for an axe throwing showdown. From the first satisfying hit to the final score, our coached sessions give your team plenty to cheer about and just enough friendly rivalry to keep things interesting.

Beginners are welcome. Your instructor will guide the group through safe throwing, help everyone find their rhythm and run scoring games and a tournament. Both throwing lanes are covered, keeping rain, snow and sleet off the throwing area. Dress warmly for the winter weather and wear closed-toe shoes.

Christmas Work Do Packages in Bedfordshire

Private, coached axe throwing for colleagues, staff socials and company Christmas parties. Both packages give your team two covered throwing lanes, instruction, scorecards and friendly competition.

One-hour Christmas showdown

Up to 12 guests: £119 Monday–Thursday or £139 Friday–Sunday.

Extra guests above 12 are £11.50 per person. Tell us your full group size when enquiring so we can confirm the booking arrangements.

Two-hour Christmas tournament

Up to 24 guests: £199 Monday–Thursday or £229 Friday–Sunday.

Extra guests above 24 are £9.50 per person. Enjoy a longer private session with coaching, scoring games and a tournament. Please include your full guest count in your enquiry.

Make it your company’s competition

Add a target branded with your company name or logo for £15 each. It gives your team a personalised centrepiece for the showdown.

  • Yes. Every team day session is fully coached, so no experience is needed. We’ll show everyone how to throw safely, build confidence and improve throughout the session.

  • Your session includes coached axe throwing with hatchets and tomahawks. You can add throwing knives for £7.50. Let us know if you would like the knife add-on when arranging your Christmas booking.

  • Absolutely. Axe throwing is ideal for work dos, corporate events and team days out because it’s fun, competitive, easy to get involved with and completely different from the usual group activity.

  • Christmas work dos are available by advance booking from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday. Email your preferred date, time, guest count and package to throw@bermudablades.co.uk and we will confirm availability.

  • Yes. Bermuda Blades is based at Perfect Aquatics in Henlow, where you can also enjoy adventure golf, the Koi Café and the on-site bar.

Company branded targets are £15 each, the throwing knife add-on is £7.50, individual trophies are £12 each and the 1st–3rd place trophy set is £30.   • Yes. Both throwing lanes are covered, keeping rain, snow and sleet off the throwing area. Dress warmly for the winter weather and wear closed-toe footwear. Guests must be sober, avoid loose hanging clothing and remove bags and loose accessories before throwing.

  • Parking is free at Perfect Aquatics in Henlow, SG16 6BB, and spectators can watch. The venue is wheelchair accessible except for the throwing range; an instructor can retrieve the axes for you. Please contact us before booking to discuss your group’s access needs.
